New Website (FINALLY) and Password Reset

Some good news in that we finally have a new website on the way which, fingers crossed, will launch Tuesday 27nd Feb 2024 at around 12:00PM GMT (UK Time)

We've been tied in to a very old and creaky system (Magento) for WAY too long and now our shiny new web platform will allow us to do crazy advanced things like having an In Stock/Out Of Stock filter in search results (hurrah!)

The new site will look and operate almost identically to the current site for the moment, and all of your order history will be ported over too, the only thing we can't bring over is your password as it's stored in an encrypted file that we can't access (for very good security reasons).  This means you will be asked to reset your password (as it's an entirely new site I can't see any reason why you can't just use your old password but it's entirely up to you).  Sorry for this pain in the arse, i really tried to avoid it but there was no way to do it without borrowing a Quantum Computer from Google and getting it break through the 128 bit security key on the file.

We've done as much testing as is humanly possible but if you notice any broken links or strangeness then just drop us a line and we'll get it fixed up ASAP Once the migration is complete we'll start making some improvements and knocking of a few long standing annoyances/issues too

The site might run a little slowly for the first few days as it beds in, again, let us know if you're having any specific issues and we'll try our best to help you out
