Christmas and New Year Shipping 2023

It's Wednesday 20th December as I write this, just wanted to give a quick update on shipping and delivery over the next week or so

Opening Hours

We are open until 17:00hrs on Friday 23rd and then closed Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.

We will re-open on the Wednesday 27th but please be aware we will have 5 days worth of emails and 5 days worth of orders to process, so please bear with us whilst we get through the backlog.

We wil be open until around 17:00hrs on Friday December 29th and the closed again Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday (same goes here, 5 days of emails and orders to process when we re-open on Wed 3rd January)

UK Orders

If you order on Wednesday or Thursday then there's a reasonable chance you'll still get delivery before Christmas if you select DPD as the courier. Both Royal Mail and DPD are delivering right up until Christmas Eve but personally I wouldn't chance Royal Mail if it's got to be with you before Christmas.

We're open on Friday until about 17:00hrs so we'll be shipping as usual up until then and Saturday delivery options will be available - last year DPD say they delivered more than 98% of packages on the Saturday before Xmas without any issues but it's not 100% definite and you are at the mercy of unpredictibal events (mainly weather and local traffic conditions).

International Orders

Broadly speaking, shipping is happening as normal although with the volume of parcels moving at this time of year it make take a day or two longer for your order to arrive.
